Suite 203 Communications was recently approached by two Montreal-based real estate agents to help them achieve exposure in the high-end Westmount market. They were looking for an out-of-box marketing buzz building stunt that would catch people’s attention, whether looking to delve into the real estate market or not.
After designing and building a Facebook page for M.E. Westmount Immobilier, a partnership between Eros Greatti and Monique Assouline, we took to the streets (literally) to announce their new association.
Come late May most homeowners are thinking about sprucing up their curb appeal and this marketing stunt did just that. Armed with packets of flower seeds, our ambassadors left a gift in the mailboxes of lower Westmount homes. While the seeds would help beautify their homes, the branded message attached not only introduced them to M.E. Westmount Immobilier, but shared one of ten tips to selling a home successfully.

Homeowners were encouraged to visit the new Facebook page in order to discover the nine other tips.
While the real estate game is one with many ins and outs, our clients will now be top of mind with lower Westmount residents, especially when they walk out their front doors and see their beautiful flowers.
