And when you need to bite your tongue and clench your teeth, you better hope your pearly whites are up for the challenge. Enter Montreal dentistry clinic, Retter Dental Care.
We at Suite 203 were grinning from ear to ear about the challenge of creating a marketing strategy for Retter Dental Care, Montreal’s home for hi-tech family, cosmetic & implant dentistry. We met with the father and son dentist duo of Dr. Warren Retter and Dr. Jason Retter, to learn about their practice and determine their brand positioning. As they were about to take over the practice of a retiring, well-loved local dentist, our mission was to make the new patients’ transition a positive, well-informed experience. We needed to show them that Retter Dental Care was the place where they would receive the best care for their smiles. Our strategy was to convey to potential patients that while the clinic provides state of the art equipment, the most advanced techniques and a highly trained staff, the atmosphere is also warm, friendly and inviting.
We created a direct mail piece to introduce targeted new patients to the clinic. The sleek and modern brochure design was complimented by new photography of the staff and the office. We also crafted a personal note from the dentists, expressing the clinic’s philosophy of treating every patient like family. The bilingual printed piece referred the recipients to visit the Retter Dental Care website for more information on the practice and to view their new video, which we produced in English and French.
New website sliders emulated the contemporary look and feel of the brochure and guided visitors to informative sections of the website. We also created several patient testimonial videos to re-enforce the high level of service that Retter Dental Care provides.
The result: an integrated marketing strategy to smile about.
